Frequently Asked Questions
Printing Facts
- For best results, please submit press-ready files as high resolution PDFs.
- Images need to be scanned or created at 300 dpi.
- If possible always email us an electronic version of your document.
- Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.
Mailing Facts
- Mailing lists need to be submitted as an Excel spread sheet with the following fields:
First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City-State-ZIP.
- Clients with mailing lists that require excessive processing will be charged a set up fee.
- Addressing is .08 per item.
- Postage is to be paid separately with a check made payable to the U.S. Post Office.
- For bulk mail please allow for 9-12 days for delivery.
- If you do not have a bulk mail permit you can use ours for a nominal fee.
